Team, Business and Enterprise are flat monthly subscriptions with unlimited members and a monthly credit allowance. Pay as you go has no subscription: you top up credits and inference and every service draw from them at list price. Usage beyond a plan's allowance draws from the same prepaid balance, at the same list price. ### Do you charge per seat? Not for the platform. Every plan includes unlimited members: you pay for the plan and the usage, never the headcount. Akumi Chat is the one exception, because it is a per-person product. A chat seat is €5 per user per month on every plan, and what a conversation costs comes out of the same credit balance as everything else. ### What counts as usage? Base inference is metered per token and request. Each service, the firewall, Recall, Cache and Observability, meters on its own line when it runs. A cache hit skips the inference charge, which is your saving. ### What if I use my whole allowance? Usage keeps working and draws from prepaid credits at list price, the same rate shown on the plan. No penalty rate and no hard stop. Set auto-recharge so you are never blocked. ### Is there a free tier? No. Pay as you go has no monthly minimum, so you can evaluate the platform for the cost of the tokens you actually use, starting at a €10 top-up. ### Do I need a card to start? Yes, to run anything. A payment method is required before inference, embeddings, the playground, or creating an API key. Creating the account itself costs nothing. EU-resident models are available as soon as you add one, and routing to external models unlocks after €50 of settled usage and 7 days. ### Can I change plans later? Yes. Upgrades apply immediately with a fresh allowance, and downgrades take effect at your next monthly reset. ### Where does my data run? Entirely in the EU, on EU-resident infrastructure, on every plan.
